大数据技术在有机热载体质量安全中的应用探讨

摘要
特种设备检验机构在定期检验过程中积累了有机热载体质量指标的大量数据,为充分挖掘其中的潜在价值,发现数据变化规律,找出有机热载体质量突变的指标,预防潜在的安全隐患.本文提出以定期检验大数据为基础,通过大数据统计分析,研究有机热载体质量指标数据的异常变化及变化趋势,挖掘有机热载体各项质量指标之间变化关系,探索影响在用有机热载体质量安全的主要因素,为有机热载体锅炉风险预警提供参考依据.
Abstract
Special equipment inspection institutions have accumulated a large amount of data on the quality indicators of organic heat transfer fluid during the regular inspection process.In order to dig their potential value,discover the patterns of data changes,identify sudden changes of quality indicators,and prevent potential safety hazards,they propose to use regular inspection basic data to explore the correlation relationship between the changes in the quality indicators of organic heat transfer fluid in organic heat carrier boilers,research the factors that affect the quality and safety of in-use organic heat transfer fluid and provide the data reference for the risk early warning of the organic heat carrier boiler.
