面向现场检验的压力管道轴测图测绘仪研发及检验系统应用

在检验现场对轴测图进行电子化高效测绘是实现压力管道检验过程数字化、智能化的重要手段.本文提出了适用于压力管道现场快速检验的轴测图编制方法.通过惯性导航快速获取管道走向数据,通过三角形对边测距方法测量管道长度,通过多次坐标变换将管道三维线框模型转化为二维轴测图,据此开发出压力管道轴测图测绘仪.检验系统由智能平板电脑、测绘仪、超声波测厚仪等模块组成,可实现自动或手动绘制管道轴测图并在检验系统App端交互式录入现场检验数据.通过检验实例介绍了该系统应用过程.结果表明,所研发的检验系统可极大地提高压力管道检验效率和检验过程数字化、智能化水平.
Electronic and efficient mapping of axonometric drawings at the inspection site is an important means to realize the digitization and intelligence of the pressure pipeline inspection process.An axonometric mapping method suitable for rapid on-site inspection of pressure pipelines was proposed.Pipeline routing data can be quickly obtained through inertial navigation.Pipeline length can be measured using the method of measuring the length of the opposite side of a triangle.The three-dimensional wire frame model of the pipeline can be transformed into two-dimensional axonometric drawing through multiple coordinate transformations.A pressure pipeline axonometric mapping instrument was developed based on the above methods.The inspection system consists of intelligent tablet computers,surveying and mapping instrument,ultrasonic thickness gauges,and other modules,which can automatically or manually draw pipeline axonometric maps and interactively input on-line inspection data in the inspection system application.The application process of the system was introduced through inspection examples.The results indicated that the efficiency of pressure pipeline inspection and the level of digitalization and intelligence of the inspection process can be greatly improved by utilizing the developed inspection system.
