数字政府背景下特种设备大数据价值发挥的策略与路径研究

摘要
面向数字政府背景下特种设备全生命周期大数据价值发挥的核心目标,提出了宏观、微观相结合的策略与路径,包括开展特种设备大数据数字基础设施建设,建立健全政务数据资源管理制度和政策,设计谋划数据驱动的特种设备故障预测、智慧监管等多元化应用方案,为特种设备产业数字化转型升级与高质量发展以及政府高效能管理等提供了模式参考.
Abstract
Aiming at the core goal of realizing the full lifecycle big data value of special equipment in the context of digital government,a strategy and path combining macro and micro perspectives have been proposed,including:carrying out the construction of big data digital infrastructure for special equipment,establishing and improving government data resource management systems and policies,designing and planning data-driven special equipment fault prediction,intelligent supervision,and other diversified application solutions.Thus provides a model reference for the digital transformation,upgrading,and high-quality development of the special equipment industry,as well as efficient government management.
