纺织印染行业大吨位电梯存在问题及对策分析

摘要
大吨位电梯的垂直搬运配以叉车的水平搬运,解决了纺织印染行业生产物料的空间搬运问题.然而,随着车间楼层的提高以及生产节奏的加快,物料搬运工作量几何级增长,大吨位电梯-叉车物料运输系统在使用中的事故率也随之增多.本文分析了该行业货梯大量事故案例,总结了大吨位电梯在设计、制造、安装、销售、使用等各个环节存在的问题,针对性提出解决策略和生产建议.
Abstract
The vertical handling of large tonnage elevators combined with the horizontal handling of forklifts solves the spatial handling problem of production materials in the textile printing and dyeing industry.However,with the increase of workshop floors and the acceleration of production pace,the workload of material handling has increased exponentially,and the accident rate of large tonnage elevator forklift material transportation systems in use has also increased.This article analyzes a large number of accident cases of freight elevators in the industry,summarizes the problems existing in the design,manufacturing,installation,sales,and use of large tonnage elevators,and proposes targeted solutions and production suggestions.
