摘要
某曳引驱动乘客电梯非金属反绳轮运行过程中突然发生轮轴断裂,采用电子扫描电镜对轮轴断口金相组织进行分析,利用能谱分析仪对轮轴挂板、轮轴进行成分分析,并对轮轴挂板、钢丝绳、轮轴进行了显微硬度测试及其磨损观察.结果表明,轮轴挂板、轮轴的材质成分及其硬度符合要求,轮轴凹槽处为疲劳源,曳引钢丝绳从反绳轮中脱槽后钢丝绳绕着轮轴一直摩擦运行是反绳轮轮轴疲劳断裂的主要原因.
Abstract
A non-metallic reverse rope wheel of a traction driven passenger elevator suddenly broke during operation.The metallographic structure of the wheel axle fracture was analyzed using scanning electron microscopy,and the composition of the wheel axle hanging plate and wheel axle was analyzed using an energy spectrum analyzer.The micro hardness test and wear observation of the wheel axle hanging plate,steel wire rope,and wheel axle were also conducted.The results show that the material composition and hardness of the wheel axle hanging plate and wheel axle meet the requirements,and the groove of the wheel axle is the fatigue source.The main reason for the fatigue fracture of the reverse rope wheel axle is that the traction steel wire rope runs continuously around the wheel axle after being removed from the groove of the reverse rope wheel.
