摘要

相比传统的人工操作,叉车AGV在降低司机劳动强度、提高作业效率等方面有很大的优势.随着科学技术的发展,智能化、柔性化水平的不断提高,应用场景越来越广,叉车AGV的安全性能始终是检验机构关注的重点.本文以安全性能为核心,分析检验过程中存在的危险源,提出风险应对措施,最后以一台叉车AGV为例,提出专项检验项目的要求和方法.

Abstract

Compared to traditional manual operations,AGV forklifts have significant advantages in reducing driver labor intensity and improving work efficiency.With the development of science and technology,the level of intelligence and flexibility is improving,and the application scenarios are becoming more and more widespread.The safety performance of AGV forklift is always the focus for inspection institutions.This article focuses on safety performance,analyzes the hazards present during the inspection process,provides corresponding response measures.Finally,taking an AGV forklift as an example,the requirements and methods of special inspection items are proposed.
