摘要

对危化品罐车开展定期检验是提升危化品安全运输水平的重要方式.本文针对当前罐车检验普遍存在的问题,借助自动化、信息化和智能化新技术,结合罐车检验特点,开发集安全监测、智能控制、智慧检验于一体的危化品罐车智慧检验工厂.实现检验数据自动采集,罐车检验全流程数字化、智能化管理,全面革新传统罐车检验方式,有效提升检验效率,降低劳动强度.基于AI技术可实时识别检验现场违规行为和发出预警,从而降低安全风险,避免安全事故,保障检验安全.

Abstract

Regular inspection of hazardous chemical tanker is an important way to improve the safety level of hazardous chemical transportation.This article focuses on the common problems in current tanker's inspections,utilizing new technologies such as automation,informatization,and intelligence,combined with the characteristics of tanker's inspections,to develop a hazardous chemical tank car intelligent inspection factory that integrates safety monitoring,intelligent control,and intelligent inspection.It will achieve automatic collection of inspection data,digitization and intelligent management of the entire tanker's inspection process,comprehensively innovating traditional tank car inspection methods,effectively improving inspection efficiency and reducing labor intensity.Based on AI technology,it can identify violations at the inspection site and issue early warnings in real time,thereby reducing safety risks,avoiding safety accidents and ensuring inspection safety.
