数据可视化技术在成套装置管道检验中的应用研究

摘要
物联网、大数据、人工智能等新技术的发展深刻影响和改变了人们的工作及生活,数字化、信息化时代的到来,也使得特种设备检验的工作方式更加多元化,其在特种设备检验中的价值越来越得到了人们的认可.在特检行业,特种设备的检验检测向数字化转型是未来发展的必然趋势.本文将新一代信息技术与成套装置压力管道检验相结合,着重介绍了笔者单位在特种设备检验领域的检验数据智能应用平台建设和部分功能模块的开发,主要包括数据可视化技术在检验流程动态管理和检验数据数字化管理等方面的应用,构建了压力管道智慧检验专业数据集成应用平台,为特种设备检验数字化转型提供技术支持.
Abstract
The development of new technologies such as the Internet of Things,big data,and artificial intelligence has profoundly influenced and changed people's work and life.The arrival of the digital and information age has also made the working methods of special equipment inspection more diversified,and its value in special equipment inspection is increasingly recognized by people.In special inspection industry,the digital transformation of inspection and testing of special equipment is an inevitable trend for future development.This article combines the new generation of information technology with the inspection of pressure pipelines in complete sets of equipment,and focuses on the construction of an intelligent application platform for inspection data and the development of some functional modules in the field of special equipment inspection by the author's unit.This mainly includes the application of data visualization technology in dynamic management of inspection processes and digital management of inspection data,and the construction of a professional data integration application platform for intelligent inspection of pressure pipelines.Provide technical support for the digital transformation of special equipment inspection.
