基于案例的压力管道超声检测新旧标准对比分析

特种设备定期检验中,无损检测是其最重要的部分.对某电厂再热蒸汽管道进行超声检测时,对同一缺陷采用不同标准检测导致评定结果不同.本文对比标准NB/T 47013.3-2015与JB/T 4730.3-2005中灵敏度规定,通过试验研究超声检测分别采用CSK-IIA-1 试块与CSK-IIIA试块的灵敏度.实验研究和现场检测结果表明,壁厚范围6~40 mm,管径≥500 mm的管道焊接接头采用CSK-IIA-1试块的灵敏度要高于CSK-IIIA试块.
Nondestructive testing(NDT)is the most important part in the periodic inspection of special equipment.When ultrasonic testing is carried out on reheat steam pipelines of a power plant,the same defect is tested with different standards,resulting in different evaluation results.In this paper,the sensitivity of standard NB/T 47013.3-2015 and JB/T 4730.3-2005 is analyzed and compared,and the detection sensitivity of ultrasonic testing in CSK-IIA-1 test block and CSK-IIIA test block is studied by test.The experimental and field test results show that the sensitivity of CSK-IIA-1 test block is higher than that of CSK-IIIA test block in the welded joints of pipes with wall thickness range of 6~40 mm and diameter≥500 mm.
