The inspection and test report(certificate)is the"product"provided by the institute of special equipment inspection and test to the society,and its quality is the lifeline of the institute of special equipment inspection and test.This paper is based on the established grass-roots safety supervision practice of special equipment,combined with the relevant laws,regulations,rules,specifications or codes and standards in the field of CMA qualification certification,CNAS laboratory accreditation and special equipment inspection and testing.This paper analyzes the diversity and applicability of four kinds of inspection and test reports violations in the fields of special equipment inspection and testing,CMA qualification certification and CNAS laboratory accreditation,including"false inspection and test reports","untrue inspection and test reports","false inspection and test results and appraisal conclusions",and"serious untrue inspection,test results and appraisal conclusions".The article also contrasts,analyzes and gives the application of false and untrue inspection and test reports in the field of special equipment inspection and testing,which provides a useful reference for further improving the legal and standard system of special equipment.
