石化成套装置不停输服役条件下无损检测新技术的应用

摘要
在线检测是目前石化成套装置内承压设备常用的一种检测方式,有助于石化企业生产装置长周期安全运行,降低生产成本及检修费用,提升企业竞争能力.通过对声发射检测、电磁超声检测、脉冲涡流检测、平衡场涡流检测、阵列涡流检测、超声导波检测及数字平板成像 7 种常用在线检测技术的应用特点进行分析,结合腐蚀减薄、环境开裂2种损伤类别,给出了压力容器和工业管道在线检测技术的选择建议.
Abstract
On-line testing is currently a commonly used testing method for pressure equipment in complete petrochemical plants,which can improve the long-term safe operation of production equipment in petrochemical enterprises,reduce production costs and maintenance costs,and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Through the analysis of the application characteristics of seven common on-line testing technologies:acoustic emission testing,electromagnetic ultrasonic testing,pulse eddy current testing,balanced field eddy current testing,array eddy current testing,ultrasonic guided wave testing and digital flat panel imaging,combined with the two damage categories of corrosion thinning and environmental cracking,the selection suggestions of on-line detection technology of pressure vessels and industrial pipelines were given.
