The operation and management level of supercritical and ultra-supercritical power boilers determines the safety of the unit.It is an effective method to find and deal with problems through external inspection in time.This paper summarizes the specific external inspection items.On the base of inspection results collected from a large number of supercritical and ultra-supercritical power boilers,classified statistics on the probability of problems in each inspection item are concluded,and the possible safety risks caused by the main problems are analyzed.When determining the inspection schemes,inspectors can refer to the statistical results,which can improve the quality and timeliness of the external inspection work,and play a role in ensuring the safe and stable operation of boilers.
