摘要

电站锅炉、压力容器及管道中的小径管通过焊接连接,合格的对接焊口可保证锅炉安全运行.射线检测技术在缺陷定性检测等方面具有独特的优势,是工业领域广泛应用的无损检测技术.射线检测以其成像直观、可以长期保存等优点,广泛应用于电站锅炉部件的检测.本文介绍了气孔和氧化皮在底片上的影像特点,并分析了底片和数字射线影像的差别.

Abstract

The small diameter tube of the power plant boiler,pressure vessels and pipelines are connected by welding.Only acceptable butt welded joint can ensure the safe operation of the boiler.Radiographic detection technology is a nondestructive detection technology widely used in industrial field and it has unique advantages in qualitative defect detection and other aspects.Radiographic examination has been widely used in the detection of power plant boiler components for its advantages of visual imaging and long-term preservation.This article introduces the image characteristics of porosities and oxidized scales on radiograph,and analyzes the difference between film and digital radiographic image.
