摘要

电梯缓冲器是减少电梯冲顶或蹲底事故伤害的最后一道关卡,电梯聚氨酯缓冲器具有结构简单、维护简便、绝缘性好、节约空间的优点,在低速电梯场景下得到广泛应用.但其承载能力有限、易受环境影响、响应速度相对较慢、无法快速吸收冲击的缺点导致其使用过程中存在风险.本文结合以上问题分析了电梯聚氨酯缓冲器使用过程中的风险,给出了新的检验思路,在一定程度上减少使用时的风险,提出了在设计制造、检验检测、维保、监管四个环节的风险控制措施.

Abstract

As the last hurdle to reduce the damage caused by elevator accidents,elevator polyurethane buffers have the advantages of simple structure,easy maintenance,good insulation,and space saving,and are widely used in low-speed elevator scenarios.However,due to its limited load-bearing capacity,susceptibility to environmental influences,relatively slow response speed,and inability to quickly absorb impacts,it also poses inherent risks during its use.In this article,based on the above issues,the risks during the use of elevator polyurethane buffers are analyzed,and new inspection ideas are proposed to reduce the risks during use to a certain extent.Risk control measures are proposed in the four stages of design and manufacturing,inspection and testing,maintenance and supervision.
