摘要
起重机械索具使用过程不规范,事故隐患多,容易发生事故.笔者针对一起起重机械索具脱落事故,通过现场勘验、调阅相关资料、笔录询问、视频分析辅助、综合判断分析等方法,查明事故发生的经过,从索具材质性能、固定方式、操作流程等方面,分析事故原因,提出整改措施,为提高使用单位起重机械索具使用管理、维护保养质量和及时消除索具使用过程中安全隐患提供参考.
Abstract
The use process of hoisting machinery rigging is not standardized,and there are many potential accidents,which are prone to accidents.In view of an accident of lifting machinery rigging falling off,the author found out the cause of the accident by means of on-site inspection,reading relevant data,writing inquiry,video analysis assistance and comprehensive judgment and analysis and other methods,analyzed the cause of the accident from the aspects of rigging material performance,fixing method,operation process,etc.,and put forward rectification measures,in order to improve the quality of use,management and maintenance of lifting machinery rigging,provide reference for timely eliminate potential safety hazards during the use of rigging.
