摘要
某电厂80 MW亚临界机组燃气锅炉,投入运营后持续安全稳定运行11个月,随后按计划进行停炉检修.检修完成后进行水压试验过程中发现,炉膛左侧水冷壁上部钢管的向火侧发生泄漏.本文通过对发生泄漏钢管的宏观形貌、化学成分、力学性能、金相组织等进行观察分析,并结合扫描电子显微镜、能谱仪对腐蚀产物的成分进行分析,发现钢管发生泄漏的主要原因是锅炉用水的pH值较低,钢管内部发生了垢下腐蚀.
Abstract
The gas boiler of an 80 MW subcritical unit in a certain power plant continued to operate safely and stably for 11 months after being put into operation,and was subsequently shut down for maintenance as planned.During the water pressure test after the maintenance was completed,it was found that there was a leak on the fire facing side of the upper steel pipe of the water wall on the left side of the furnace.This article observes and analyzes the macroscopic morphology,chemical composition,mechanical properties,metallographic structure,etc.of the leaking steel tube,and analyzes the composition of the corrosion products using scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy.The main reason for the leakage of the steel tube is the low pH value of the boiler water,which causes corrosion under scale inside the steel tube.
