气液分离器液相出口管线的腐蚀原因分析

摘要
某油田气液分离器的液相出口弯头和直管段均发现壁厚减薄,并存在2处穿孔泄漏.通过宏观检查、化学成分分析、金相分析、硬度检测、腐蚀形貌分析和垢物成分分析等方法,结合实际工况,对分离器液相出口弯头及直管的腐蚀原因进行了分析.结果表明,垢下腐蚀是导致管壁减薄、穿孔的主要原因,介质中的Cl和O等元素加速了腐蚀过程.
Abstract
The liquid phase outlet elbow and straight pipe section of a gas-liquid separator in a certain oilfield were found to have wall thickness reduction,and there were two perforation leakages.Through macro examination,chemical composition analysis,metallographic observation,hardness testing,as well as corrosion morphology and fouling analysis,etc.,combined with actual working conditions,the corrosion causes of the liquid phase outlet elbow and straight pipe of the separator were analyzed.The results showed that under-deposit corrosion was the main cause of pipe wall thinning and perforation,and the elements such as Cl and O in the medium accelerated the corrosion process.
