摘要
某火力发电厂在运行期间主蒸汽管道流量计差压变送器取样管发生开裂,通过宏观观察分析、化学成分分析、金相组织分析、力学性能测试、断口分析等方法对该短管开裂原因进行分析.试验结果表明:管子外壁存在大量的显微晶间裂纹,以此为裂纹源,在腐蚀介质与拉应力的共同作用下,最终造成管子横向的应力腐蚀开裂.
Abstract
During the operation of a thermal power plant,the sampling tube of differential pressure transmitter in main steam pipeline cracked.The cracking causes of the tube was analyzed by means of macro examination,chemical composition analysis,metallographic examination,mechanical property test and fracture analysis.The results show that there are a large number of microscopic intergranular cracks on the outer wall of the tube,which are the crack sources.Under the combined action of the corrosive medium and the tensile stress,the transverse stress corrosion cracking of the tube is finally caused.
