摘要
本文基于《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》全面生效的大背景,从电梯角度出发,讨论东盟十国成员之一的菲律宾对于电梯的法律法规以及监管模式.通过研究菲律宾现行的电梯相关法律法规和标准,以及近年来更新的法规条例,研究菲律宾政府对电梯的安全保证措施.并且通过研究中菲之间的电梯监管异同,对扩大我国与菲律宾电梯贸易市场提供有益的技术信息.
Abstract
This paper based on the background of the full entry into force of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP),from the perspective of lift,discusses the laws,regulations and supervision mode of lifts in the Philippines,who is one of the ten ASEAN members.By studying the current laws,regulations and standards related to elevators in the Philippines,as well as the updated regulations and regulations in recent years,the Philippine government's safety assurance measures for elevators were studied.Finally,compare the similarities and differences of lift supervision between China and the Philippines,which provides useful technical information to promote the expansion of lift trade market between China and the Philippines.
