大型交通枢纽特种设备安全管理水平提升技术研究

摘要
大型交通枢纽内的特种设备,需要满足准时快捷疏导客流的需求,是"卡脖子"的关键设备,其安全性和可靠性备受关注.本文分析了大型交通枢纽特种设备安全管理现状,列举了大型交通枢纽特种设备存在的问题,针对特种设备安全质量提升,从风险评价、健康管理、全周期管理、应急救援以及智慧管理支撑技术几个维度进行了阐述,并相应提出了提升大型交通枢纽特种设备安全水平的若干具体措施.
Abstract
In order to meet the demand for timely and efficient passenger flow diversion,special equipment in large transportation hubs is a key device in the"bottleneck",and its safety and reliability have received much attention.In this article,the current situation of special equipment safety management in large transportation hubs was analyzed,and the problems with special equipment in large transportation hubs were listed.Aiming at the improvement of the safety quality of special equipment,several dimensions were elaborated from risk assessment,health management,full cycle management,emergency rescue,and intelligent management support technology,and corresponding specific measures have been proposed to improve the safety level of special equipment in large transportation hubs.
