在压力容器的检验过程中,壁厚测定是不可缺少且非常重要的一个项目.本文主要针对压力容器检验中壁厚测定的有关问题,研究壁厚测定的具体方法选用,针对点腐蚀、均匀腐蚀、局部腐蚀等不同的腐蚀情况确定不同的测厚方案,必要时按照剩余壁厚进行强度校核计算,并提出壁厚测定过程中应注意的事项,关注原始壁厚的复测、测量示值的影响因素以及壁厚测定的操作要点,为得到精确的壁厚测定数据提供参考.
Wall thickness measurement is an indispensable and very important item in the process of pressure vessel inspection.This paper mainly aims at the problems related to wall thickness measurement in pressure vessel inspection,studies the specific method selection of wall thickness measurement,determines different thickness measurement schemes for different corrosion conditions such as point corrosion,uniform corrosion,local corrosion,and if necessary,carries out strength checking calculation according to the remaining wall thickness,and puts forward the matters that should be paid attention to in the process of wall thickness measurement.Focus on the retest of the original wall thickness,the influencing factors of the measurement values,and the key points of operation of wall thickness measurement,so as to provide the reference for obtaining accurate wall thickness measurement data.
