摘要

目前,燃油(气)锅炉高温区烟管伸出段开裂呈多发趋势.本文通过板壳理论建立烟管伸出段受力微分方程,并导出烟管伸出段各处扰度及周向应力的计算公式,通过分析烟管伸出段在锅炉运行时的受力变化,发现了锅炉烟管伸出段开裂的原因,确定了防止烟管伸出段开裂的条件,最后提出了避免烟管伸出段开裂的建议.

Abstract

At present,there is a tendency of frequent cracking of the extension section of the smoke pipe in the high temperature area of fuel oil(gas)boiler.Based on the theory of plate and shell,this paper establishes the force differential equation of the extension section of the smoke pipe,and derives the calculation formula of the disturbance and circumferential stress of the extension section of the smoke pipe.By analyzing the force change of the extension section of the smoke pipe during the operation of the boiler,the reasons for the cracking of the extension section of the smoke pipe are found,and the conditions to prevent the cracking of the extension section of the smoke pipe are determined.Finally,suggestions are put forward to avoid the cracking of the extension section of the smoke pipe.
