摘要
通过对该电梯安装施工现场的详细勘察和事故现场勘察结果的合理分析,推断出在电梯安装过程中出现了一系列违章行为和施工管理漏洞.通过计算分析,证明了电梯无脚手架安装工艺存在的危险性和事故后果的严重性.综合分析得出了事故发生的直接原因和间接原因,明确了电梯安装施工事故不是特种设备本身原因引发的事故,不应把电梯安装施工安全管理不严格造成的事故定性为特种设备事故.
Abstract
Through the detailed investigation of the elevator installation construction site and the reasonable analysis of the accident site investigation results,it is inferred that there are a series of illegal behavior and construction management loopholes in the elevator installation process.Through calculation and analysis,it is proved that the danger of elevator erection exists without scaffold and the seriousness of accident consequence.The direct and indirect causes of the accident are obtained by comprehensive analysis,and it is clear that the elevator installation construction accident is not the accident caused by the special equipment itself,and the accidents caused by lax safety management of elevator installation construction should not be defined as the special equipment accident.
