摘要

针对传统方法对电梯进行短接检测时,存在短接线忘记拆除造成开门走梯的风险,本文提出一种新的检测方法,在不改变原有电气接线的同时,在机房控制柜处采集开门时门锁回路和抱闸回路的电压值,即可实现对每层门锁状态进行检测,进而对电梯是否存在短路故障做出判断.最后根据其原理设计了一款门锁检测装置,并通过实际测试验证了新检测方法的可行性和准确性.

Abstract

A new detection method is proposed in this paper to solve the risk that short wiring may be forgotten to remove when traditional detection methods are used to short-connect elevators,which can detect the status of door locks on each floor by collecting voltage values of the door lock circuit and the contracting brake circuit at the control cabinet of the computer room without changing the original electrical wiring.Then make a judgment on whether there is a short circuit fault in the elevator.Finally,a door lock detection device is designed according to the principle,and the feasibility and accuracy of the new detection method are verified by practical tests.
