摘要

红外热成像检测技术具有非接触、高分辨率、实时高效的检测优势,在机电设备检测监测与故障诊断领域得到广泛的应用.本文首先综述了红外热成像检测技术在机电设备领域的研究现状,然后重点研究了常用机电设备中电机、轮轴系统、电磁继电器关键部件的红外热成像图谱特征及温升(度)变化规律并归纳总结了故障判别方法和评价准则,最后通过两个应用案例说明了红外热成像技术在机电设备故障诊断方面的实用性和可靠性.

Abstract

Due to advantages of non-contact,high-resolution,real-time and high-efficiency,infrared imaging detection technology has been widely used in the field of electromechanical equipment detection and fault diagnosis.This paper first introduces the research status of infrared thermal imaging detection technology in the field of electromechanical equipment,then mainly stduies the characteristics of infrared thermal imaging spectrum and the rule of temperature rise(degree)of the key components of electromechanical equipment,such as motor,drive system and electrical system,and summarizes the fault identification methods and evaluation criteria.Finally,the practicability and reliability of infrared thermal imaging technology in fault diagnosis of electromechanical equipment are illustrated by two application cases.
