The materials of the boiler components in long-term service may experience varying degrees of aging,especially in areas with high steam parameters.The regular inspection of such boilers is carried out using the current inspection and testing standards,while also considering the standards for boiler design and construction.Therefore,multiple inspection equipment and methods must be used during the inspection process to mutually verify the accuracy of the inspection results.The main steam pipeline is taken as the research object to analyze the points of distress and corresponding solutions during the work process.
