大型游乐设施周边区域事故时有发生,同时因现场面积限制和隔离成本等方面的原因,使得设备周边的隔离面积大小及防护措施大不相同,其中隐藏不少安全隐患.为提高设备周围人员安全性,且同时增加土地使用效率,本文从以往相关事故经验教训出发,根据事故发生区域及区域内事故危险程度,总结出一套设备周边区域分析方法.通过这套方法,可量化设备周围区域危险程度.最后可根据各区域量化得分情况,科学地确定隔离面积大小和防护措施.最终在保证周围人员安全的前提下,提高场地利用率.
Accidents often occur in the area around large-scale amusement rides,and due to site area restrictions and isolation costs,the size of the isolation area and protective measures around the equipment vary greatly,hiding many potential safety hazards.In order to improve the safety of person around the equipment and increase land use efficiency,this article starts from previous relevant accident experience,and based on the accident occurrence area and the degree of danger in the area,a set of analysis methods for the area around the equipment is summarized.Through this method,the degree of danger in the area around the equipment can be quantified.Finally,based on the quantitative scores of each area,the isolation area size and protective measures can be scientifically determined.Ultimately,on the premise of ensuring the safety of personnel around the equipment,the utilization rate of the site is improved.
