摘要
为满足国家监管部门对于特种设备提出的更少安全事故、更高节能减排以及更高效率运行等要求,将人工智能、大数据、物联网等现代信息技术与特种设备生产、维护、管理等相融合,实现特种设备智能制造,有效提升监管效能,降低特种设备能耗,助力"双碳"目标达成.本文从特种设备检验检测及监管智能化发展必要性、发展现状、发展方向及面临的挑战4个方面进行了深入分析总结,为特种设备智能制造发展提供一定的参考.
Abstract
To meet the requirements of national regulatory authorities for fewer safety accidents,higher energy conservation and emission reduction,and more efficient operation of special equipment,modern information technologies such as artificial intelligence,big data,and the Internet of Things are integrated with the production,maintenance,and management of special equipment to achieve intelligent manufacturing of special equipment,effectively improve regulatory efficiency,reduce energy consumption of special equipment,and help achieve the"dual carbon"goal.This article conducts in-depth analysis and summary from four aspects:the necessity,current situation,direction,and challenges of intelligent development of special equipment inspection and supervision,providing a certain reference for the development of intelligent manufacturing of special equipment.
