The X-ray digital imaging detection system is a system that directly observes the internal situation of the workpiece through computers and digital processing software while transmitting the ray at the level of the workpiece. The X-ray digital imaging detection system collected images under different parameters, and statistically analyzed the grayscale value and signal-to-noise ratio of the images based on tube voltage, tube current, gain, single frame exposure time, and integration times. The gain is basically inversely proportional to the grayscale of the image, while the gain has almost no effect on the signal-to-noise ratio of the image. This experiment provides a strong data basis for the grayscale values and signal-to-noise ratio of images in X-ray detection digital imaging.
