Research and Development of Informatization Platform for Special Equipment Users:Take Shenfu Reform and Innovation Demonstration Zone in Liaoning Province as an Example
To enhance the effectiveness of safety management of special equipment user units as a fundamental,strengthen the implementation of the main safety responsibilities of the user units,the establishment of intelligent big data platform is to enhance the level of safety management of the user units.It has built a safety risk classification and control system,created a new model of"Internet+intelligent dual control"for special equipment,formed a dual prevention mechanism combining"online and offline"with"risk self-examination,hidden danger self-reform,and responsibility"for special equipment,and realized the function of understanding all equipment information with one code,and applied in Shenfu Reform and Innovation Demonstration Zone in Liaoning Province.It provides a strong guarantee for the implementation of the main responsibility of the user units in the region and the implementation of the regulatory responsibility of the government.
