In order to reduce safety accidents during forklift operations and improve the level of forklift management,this article comprehensively analyzes the hidden dangers in personnel,equipment maintenance,operation,and management that often occur during the production and construction process of forklifts in oil fields,and identifies management weaknesses in the daily use of forklifts through analysis.According to the relevant standards and requirements of forklifts,a list of hidden dangers and problems in forklifts is established,and corresponding countermeasures are provided based on safety supervision and management experience,promoting the gradual implementation of management responsibilities,which has practical significance for standardizing the daily use and safety supervision of forklifts.
