电站锅炉炉膛闪爆后的修复和检验检测技术

一台410 t/h的高温高压发电锅炉炉膛发生闪爆.为保证锅炉能够继续安全使用,本文先对锅炉炉膛水冷壁变形情况进行了宏观检验和详细的检验检测技术分析;采用一套机械矫正组合装置对变形炉膛进行修复,修复完成后对锅炉炉膛进行了全面和系统性的检验检测.通过对该锅炉近一年运行情况的跟踪验证,结果表明此修复工艺可以解决因爆燃等原因导致炉膛变形的问题,为电站锅炉的检维修工作,提供了一种安全、简单、快捷的方法.
A furnace explosion occurred in a 410 t/h high-temperature and high-pressure power generation boiler.In order to ensure the safe use of the boiler,a macroscopic inspection and detailed analysis of inspection and detection techniques were conducted on the deformation of the water-cooled wall in the boiler furnace.A set of mechanical correction combination devices was used to repair the deformed furnace,and after the repair was completed,a comprehensive and systematic inspection and testing of the boiler furnace was carried out.Through tracking and verifying the operation of the boiler in the past year,the results show that this repair process can solve the problem of furnace deformation caused by deflagration and other reasons,providing a safe,simple,and fast method for the inspection and maintenance of power plant boilers.
