摘要
近年来叉车事故频发,如何防范和化解叉车作业安全风险已成为各级政府、相关职能部门和叉车使用单位面临的重要课题.本文通过对影响叉车作业安全的环境因素进行分析,从光照条件、通风条件、操作视野、道路状况、人车分流措施、安全标志及设施、安全培训等方面就消除叉车作业安全风险提出一些针对性建议,以期从源头消除叉车作业环境安全隐患,预防和减少叉车事故,保障人民群众生命财产安全.
Abstract
Forklift accidents have occurred frequently in recent years.How to prevent and resolve the safety risks of forklift operations has become an important issue faced by governments at all levels,relevant functional departments and forklift users.Through the analysis of the environmental factors affecting the safety of forklift operation,this paper puts forward some suggestions on eliminating the safety risks of forklift operation from the aspects of light conditions,ventilation conditions,operating vision,road conditions,human-vehicle diversion measures,safety signs and facilities,safety training,in order to eliminate the hidden dangers of forklift operation environment at the source,prevent and reduce the forklift accidents,ensure the safety of the people's lives and property.
