摘要
鉴于陆用液化石油气(LPG)、液化天然气(LNG)等装卸臂是非标产品,且长期受风吹日晒、外界温度变化、酸雨侵蚀及内部介质、杂质腐蚀等因素的影响,随着服役时间的延长而逐渐暴露各种安全隐患.本文通过对在用装卸臂检验情况进行分析,发现存在若干问题,包括出厂质量参差不齐、雨水侵蚀严重、部件形成电偶腐蚀、安装缺陷以及现有检规对装卸臂不具有针对性等.对于装卸臂检验项目缺乏针对性的问题,本文根据装卸臂的失效特点,提出装卸臂的重点检验内容和检验周期.
Abstract
In view of the fact that the loading and unloading arm such as land liquefied petroleum gas(LPG)and liquefied natural gas(LNG)is a non-standard product,and it is affected by factors such as wind and sun,external temperature changes,acid rain erosion,internal medium,impurity corrosion and other factors for a long time,and gradually exposes various safety hazards with the extension of service time.This paper finds several problems through the inspection of the loading and unloading arm in use,including uneven factory quality,serious rain erosion,galvanic corrosion of components,installation defects,and the existing inspection procedures are not targeted for the loading and unloading arm.For the lack of pertinence of the loading and unloading arm inspection items,this paper puts forward the key inspection content and inspection cycle of the loading and unloading arm according to the failure characteristics of the loading and unloading arm.
