This article analyzes the reasons for excessive wear and tear on the main suspension shaft of a pirate ship that has just been in use for a year.Based on the on-site problems,combined with the requirements of welding technology and relevant standards and specifications,an analysis is conducted from the aspects of manufacturing and processing,important component selection,equipment maintenance,etc.,pointing out the problems and shortcomings of the production unit,and proposing suggestions and improvement measures.This provides experience and reference value for effectively implementing the main responsibility for the safety of special equipment,ensuring the manufacturing quality of special equipment,and preventing similar manufacturing quality and maintenance issues.
