腐蚀调查技术在合成氨装置的连续应用

2021-2023年,中国特种设备检测研究院对某石化企业的合成氨装置压力容器和压力管道开展了连续的腐蚀调查工作,梳理装置工艺流程,分析潜在损伤模式,通过针对性技术手段发现了压力容器缺陷46处,压力管道缺陷992处.其中发现了粗煤气管道严重腐蚀减薄、变换气管道应力腐蚀开裂等设备重大安全隐患,对发现的隐患进行了原因分析,提出了处理建议,为企业控制腐蚀、解决隐患提供了技术支撑.
From 2021 to 2023,China Special Equipment Inspection & Research Institute conducted a continuous corrosion investigation on the pressure vessels and pipelines of a synthetic ammonia plant in a petrochemical enterprise.The process flow of the plant was sorted out,potential damage modes were analyzed,and 46 pressure vessel defects and 992 pressure pipeline defects were discovered through targeted technical means.It was found that the serious corrosion and thinning of the crude gas pipeline,the stress corrosion cracking of the transformation gas pipeline,etc.,the treatment suggestions were put forward,which provided technical support for enterprises to control corrosion and solve hidden dangers.
