From the perspectives of authorization,current standards,and various quality control elements,the difference between Chinese regulations and standard and ASME BPVC in pressure vessel construction requirements was analyzed in this paper.Also,a comparison was made on the differences in some important quality control aspects during the construction process of pressure vessels.In terms of regulation maker and regulation aims,ASME BPVC is significantly different from Chinese regulations and standard system.From the perspective of authorization,licensing,and qualification requirements,Chinese regulations and standard system is more stringent and detailed than ASME BPVC.In terms of system establishment and quality system control,the two systems are slightly similar.The ASME BPVC places more emphasis on process control,and Chinese regulations and standard system have higher requirements for inspection and testing.By the comparison,the understanding and application of the two regulatory systems of Chinese pressure vessel manufacturer are improved,which is conducive to the improvement of product quality and the enhancement of competitiveness in the international market.
