The pressure test of the pressure pipeline is to verify the conformity test for ensuring the pressure strength and tightness of the pressure pipeline system.The pressure test plays an important role in exposing the defects of the pressure pipeline and checking the welding quality,so as to further ensure the safety performance of the normal operation of the pressure pipeline.This paper studies and analyzes the pressure resistance test in the supervision and inspection process of pressure pipelines,combing the inspection process with relevant standards,clarifying the pressure resistance test requirements of pressure pipelines in the supervision and inspection process,and analyzing the environmental change factors in the test process through actual cases.The research results are intended to provide reference for the users of pressure pipelines,construction units and inspectors,to provide reference for the formulation and implementation of retrospective provisions.
