摘要
针对在用防爆起重机使用环境差、使用频率低、使用人员防爆技能不足的现状,结合防爆起重机法规、标准要求和现场典型案例,从设备选型、使用、安装维护、报废等全生命周期管理的角度,对如何做好防爆起重机的使用管理提出措施和建议,为企业特种设备管理人员做好防爆起重机的管理提供借鉴和参考,以期提高设备的使用寿命和安全性.
Abstract
In response to the current situation of poor operating environment,low frequency of use,and insufficient explosion-proof skills among users of explosion-proof cranes,combined with explosion-proof crane regulations,standard requirements,and typical on-site cases,measures and suggestions are proposed from the perspective of equipment selection,use,installation and maintenance,scrapping,and other full lifecycle management on how to effectively manage the explosion-proof cranes.It provides reference and guidance for the management of explosion-proof cranes for employees in special equipment management in enterprises,and improves the service life and safety of equipment.
