A large number of hydrogenation reactors in China are currently in long-term service.Accurately setting the minimum pressurizing temperature(MPT)and analyzing the distribution law of regular inspection data are effective way to ensure the safety during long-term service.Based on current classical method and dimensional analysis,this article proposes an analytical prediction formula for MPT by nonlinear fitting the dataset of MPT and related dimensionless variables.The results indicate that the absolute error of MPT between the literature and this study is approximately 5 ℃,which meets the accuracy of engineering applications and thus promotes the fast and accurate prediction of MPT.Meanwhile,by analyzing the regular inspection data in several petrochemical companies,this article obtains the distribution law of service time,safety condition level,and various defects,which are beneficial to subsequent inspection and safety condition estimation.
