马尔可夫链模型在桥式起重机风险评估中的应用

摘要
桥式起重机的风险评估方法众多,技术人员一直在研究如何应用更加科学、有效的方法真实反映起重机的安全状况.本文针对桥式起重机的结构特点,将桥式起重机系统划分为金属结构、主要零部件等4个单元,对每个单元采取不同的、有针对性的风险评估方法,进而得到了各单元的风险等级.将各单元风险等级数据代入马尔可夫链模型,最终得出该桥式起重机的风险等级状况.
Abstract
There are many risk assessment methods for bridge crane,and the technicians have been studying how to use more scientific and effective methods to reflect the real safety status of the crane.According to the structural characteristics of bridge crane,this paper divides the crane system into four units,such as metal structure,main parts,etc.It analyzes the risk level of each unit.The risk level data of each unit is substituted into the Markov chain model,then the risk level of the bridge crane is obtained finally.
