由于铝内胆碳纤维全缠绕气瓶(Ⅲ型瓶)具有轻量化、强度高等优点,在氢燃料电池汽车、呼吸器用复合气瓶等领域应用广泛.为实现在不拆卸气瓶条件下检验Ⅲ型瓶的安全状况,本文在试验气瓶上制作了缺陷进行试验研究,验证了工业CT技术用于Ⅲ型瓶缺陷检测的可行性,指出探索工艺参数设置和缺陷识别是下一步的研究方向.
Due to the advantages of lightweight and high strength,fully-wrapped carbon fiber reinforced cylinders with an aluminum liner(type Ⅲ cylinders)are widely used in fields such as hydrogen fuel cell vehicles and composite cylinders for breathing apparatus.In order to achieve the safety condition inspection of type Ⅲ cylinders without disassembling the gas cylinders,this article conducted experimental research on defects made on the test gas cylinders,verifying the feasibility of industrial CT technology used for defect detection of type Ⅲ cylinders.It is pointed out that exploring process parameter settings and defect recognition is the next research direction.
