摘要
本研究旨在分析我国常压储罐检验工作的现状,识别存在的问题,并提出改进措施.采用详细调研和分析方法,研究发现检验机构资质不一、标准不统一、检验质量不均为主要问题,其根源在于准入制度不规范、标准不协调和技术能力有限.据此,提出了统一检验标准、规范机构准入、加强人员培训、提升检验智能化和加大技术研发等对策,将有助于提升储罐检验工作的规范性,为储罐检验工作的改进提供了参考依据.
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the current state of atmospheric storage tank inspection work in China,identify existing problems,and propose improvement measures.Through detailed investigation and analysis,the study finds that the main issues are the inconsistency in the qualifications of inspection institutions,non-uniform standards,and uneven inspection quality.The root causes are identified as the lack of standardized access systems,uncoordinated standards,and limited technical capabilities.Based on these findings,measures such as unifying inspection standards,regulating institution access,enhancing personnel training,improving inspection intelligence,and increasing technology research and development are proposed.These measures will help improve the standardization of tank inspection work and provide a reference frame for its improvement.
