After the accident,with the diversification and complexity of special equipment,it has a wide spread,huge property losses and bad social impact.It may even affect the stability of local areas.So the establishment of special equipment emergency system is an urgent need for social development.In this article expounds the necessity and principle of emergency system construction.And the emergency system was evaluated by quantitative evaluation method.The evaluation judgment matrix is established by the expert experience method.Then the factors and weights of evaluation at each levels are obtained,And provide an objective evaluation of the construction of the system,multiple analysis to identify weaknesses and deficiencies.At the same time,it provides reference for improving the construction of special equipment emergency system.
