This article introduces the inspection and detection requirements for key components such as electric motors and reducers in lifting machinery.It proposes an implementation method of an intelligent detection system for key components in lifting machinery based on vibration state analysis,and describes its working principle and characteristics.The system provides fault diagnosis results and intelligent operation and maintenance suggestions based on data analysis.And its application prospects are discussed.
