危化品焚烧余热锅炉检验分析与探讨

Analysis and Discussion of the Inspection Process of Waste Heat Boiler for Incineration of Hazardous Chemicals

本文对一台危化品焚烧余热锅炉定期检验过程中发现的手孔端盖焊缝贯穿性裂纹、蒸发量严重不达标、过热蒸汽温度偏低等典型问题进行了归纳.从锅炉运行条件和结构方面分析问题产生的原因,并结合工作经验和相关安全技术规范要求提出了相应的处理建议,为使用单位采取措施保障锅炉安全高效运行提供参考.
This paper analyzes and discusses the typical problems such as penetrating cracks in the weld seam of the hand hole end cover,seriously substandard evaporation and low superheated steam temperature found in the regular inspection of a waste heat boiler for the incineration of hazardous chemicals.Then,the reason of the problems are analyzed from the boiler operating condition and component structure.Based on the problems,some suggestions are put forward from safety technical specifications,which will provide useful improvement for the users to take measures to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the boiler.
