基于耦合模型的特种设备安全风险预警研究

为提高特种设备安全监管水平,结合结构方程模型(SEM)、网络层次分析法(ANP)和云模型(CM),构建SEM-ANP-CM特种设备安全风险预警分析耦合模型,根据加权隶属度值将预警等级分为无警情、四级预警、三级预警、二级预警和一级预警5个等级.将耦合模型应用到华北地区特种设备安全风险预警分析中,结果显示:北京市、内蒙古自治区、天津市、河北省的加权隶属度值处于[1.5,2.5),属于四级预警状态,山西省的安全状态最差,加权隶属度值处于[2.5,3.5),属于三级预警状态.
To improve the safety supervision level of special equipment,a coupled model for special equipment safety risk warning analysis called SEM-ANP-CM is constructed by combining structural equation modeling(SEM),analytic network process(ANP),and cloud model(CM).Based on weighted membership values,the warning levels are divided into five levels:no warning,fourth level warning,third level warning,second level warning,and first level warning.The coupling model was applied to the safety risk warning analysis of special equipment in North China,and the results showed that the weighted membership values of Beijing,Inner Mongolia,Tianjin,and Hebei were between[1.5,2.5),belonging to the fourth level warning state.Shanxi had the worst safety status,with a weighted membership value between[2.5,3.5),belonging to the third level warning state.
