为分析某锅炉过热器出口段管子性能,通过金相检验、SEM分析、硬度检验、室温拉伸试验、高温拉伸试验、现场内壁氧化层厚度检测等,对该过热器管子进行了材质老化损伤评估,并使用L-M参数法对其剩余蠕变寿命进行了计算.结果表明:该过热器管内、外壁氧化层厚度最大分别达609.76 μm和330.29 μm,金相组织珠光体球化5级,但未见明显蠕变损伤,布氏硬度、常温和高温拉伸性能仍符合相关标准的要求,考虑氧化层持续生长,下个运行周期结束时其剩余寿命为48 820 h.
In order to analyze the performance of the tube in the outlet section of a boiler superheater,the material aging damage of the superheater tube was evaluated by metallographic examination,SEM analysis,hardness test,room temperature,high-temperature tensile test,on-site inner wall oxide layer thickness detection,etc.,and the remaining creep life of the superheater tube was calculated by using the L-M parameter method.The results show that the maximum thickness of the oxide layer in the inner and outer walls of the superheater tube is 609.76 μm and 330.29 μm respectively,and pearlite spheroidization reaches level 5,but there is no obvious creep damage,Brinell hardness,normal temperature and high temperature tensile properties still meet the requirements of relevant standards,and considering the continuous growth of the oxide layer,its remaining life is 48 820 h at the end of the next operation cycle.
