Aiming at the hidden safety hazards of crane spreader load braking process and motion attitude characteristics,this paper designs a crane spreader load braking process and motion attitude detection method.Through the data acquisition of the braking process and motion attitude,the Kalman filtering method is used to filter and fuse the data to obtain accurate data;the waveform characteristics of the experimental data are analysed,and the braking slippage displacement is calculated by integrating the data in the time domain.These analytical features and calculation results provide some support for the comprehensive assessment of the braking performance of the crane,which helps to promote the standardisation of the operation and improve the overall operational safety.
