The project aims to establish CAD geometric models for typical crane height limit device,flame arrester device,and gear transmission limit device.The finite element method is used to simulate the operation process of the device,obtain the bearing force of the mechanism,components,and parts that are concerned during the operation process.Through reliability impact factor analysis,the impact of different influencing factors on the reliability of the device is obtained,and relevant opinions and suggestions are proposed.
